All classes are 45-50 minutes
$55 monthly - 1 class / week
$85 monthly - 2 classes / week

$185 monthly - unlimited classes
All tuition payments must be paid in MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS in the BEGINNING OF EVERY MONTH.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: $25 PER DANCE FAMILY - due at sign-up - waived for those who signed up for Summer classes - $10 discount for early bird registration by September 11th

Important Information:
- The 2023-2024 dance season runs from September 5th to May 31st.
- We accept late Fall registrations through November.
- There are 35 dance weeks from September to May
- 2 built in snow / emergency weeks
- Make up classes will be scheduled if any class goes over the 2 built in snow / emergency weeks (all months will have anywhere from 3 to 5 classes)
- 4 pre-scheduled weeks closed for holidays
- All tuition installments must be paid from registration up to and including May
- Recital Fee is added to May tuition ($50)
- Payment Installments are made monthly regardless of how many weeks are in any given month
- No refunds or discounts given for absences, emergencies, snow days, holidays, etc. All dancers are eligible to schedule make up days and all holidays are built in to our schedule
- Cash or check payments always accepted at the front desk
- NO in-person card payments
- Must sign up for autopay or use Cash App or Venmo for card payments (Paypal no longer accepted)

TUITION GUIDLINES
TUITION PAYMENT GUIDELINES
Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. The 2nd-5th is a grace period. If you don’t make your payment by the 5th, there will be a $10.00 late fee assessed. After 10 days if you still do not make your payment, then your card will be automatically charged on the 15th with a $15.00 late fee - NO EXCEPTIONS. If your payment does not go through, then your dancer will not be allowed in class(es) until the payment is made in full. Every family must submit a card to keep on file with their Fall Registration Form. You must pay the full tuition fee from the month you register up to and including May/June. Tuition amount remains the same for a 3, 4, or 5 week month. *June Tuition is the only exception - June is a one-week fee that must be paid with May Tuition*. There are no refunds given for absences, snow-days, emergencies, etc. Levels will hold scheduled make-up classes throughout the year to make up for any snow-day/emergency closings. For any absence, you are also able to attend a similar class to "make up" for your absence. You may ask your teacher what class(es) you can attend. If you must miss out on classes for an entire month, you are still required to pay the monthly tuition fee to save your spot in the class or you will be charged an additional $25.00 post-registration fee and your spot in the same class is not guaranteed.
HOW TO PAY
Please make all card payments via Venmo: @LevelsDanceStudio OR Cash App: $LevelsDance **PLEASE make sure you choose Friends/Family Option for Venmo Payments or you will be charged a fee** For all check/cash payments, please put it in an envelope with the student's name and drop it in the tuition box in the foyer/lobby. You may also hand it to your teacher or the employee at the front desk in an envelope with the student’s name on it (We have envelopes available at the front desk.) If you wish to do any in-person card transactions, you will be charged an additional 4% fee (in-person card transactions are not accepted for monthly tuition.) If you sign up for Autopay, (a form you must sign) your card will be auto-charged the first Friday of each month and there will be no additional fee charged. Any other studio-wide payments will also be auto-charged on the day/week that they are due (recital fee, costume deposit, costume balance.)
