TUITION PAYMENT GUIDELINES
Tuition is due in the first week of every month. You must pay the full tuition fee from the month you register up to and including June (June is 50% off). The tuition amount remains the same for a 3, 4, or 5 week month. There no refunds given for missed classes, snow-days, emergencies, etc. Levels will hold scheduled make-up classes throughout the year to make up for any special circumstances. For any absence, you are also able to attend a similar class to "make up" for your absence. You may ask your teacher what class(es) you can attend. If you must miss out on classes for an entire month, you are still required to pay the monthly tuition fee to save your spot in the class or you will be charged an additional $25.00 post-registration fee and your spot in the same class is not guaranteed. *NEW this year* We will only charge a $5.00 late fee if your tuition is not received on time. However, if your tuition payment is a FULL MONTH LATE, your dancer may not be able to enter class(es) the next month without making a payment towards the previous month.
HOW TO PAY
You must make your monthly tuition payment at the front desk or online via PAYPAL or Cash App $LevelsDance. You may also drop it off in the tuition box inside the lobby. Payments accepted: debit/credit card, check, and cash. Cash must be put in an envelope with the student's name. If you wish to use a debit/credit card for payment, there will be a $2.50 fee charged per transaction unless you are signed up for Autopay. If you would like to sign up for Autopay (a form you must sign) your account will be auto-debited on the 1st of each month for tuition payments, and for any other fees, your account will be auto-debited on the date the fee(s) is due.
The only time you will receive a pro-rated tuition is if you register for class(es) after the 2nd week of the month.
You will receive a 50% discount for the current month if you sign up during the 3rd of 4th week of that month.
Other fees such as Costume Deposits, Costume Balances, and Tights Fees must be paid on time as well, as to not delay the arrival of your child's Recital Attire. Costume Deposits are usually due in October/November each year. Costume Balances are usually due in December/January. Shoes must be ordered and paid for upon registration.
