Tuition is due in the first week of every month. We will hand out a calendar prior to each month with important due dates so it is known studio-wide when any fees are due, as well as dates of special events going on at Levels. The calendar will also be posted inside the studio. Tuition remains the same price no matter how many classes are in the month, regardless of absences, cancellations, Holidays, etc. You must pay the tuition fee monthly from September through June. (This does not mean every 4 attended classes, which is absolutely not allowed and against studio policy.) There are no refunds given for missed classes. You are encouraged to attend another similar class to "make up" for your absence. You may ask your teacher what class(es) you can attend. If you must miss out on classes for an entire month, you are still required to pay the monthly tuition fee to save your spot in the class or you will be charged an additional $25.00 post-registration fee and your spot in the same class is not guaranteed. A $10.00 LATE FEE will be charged to your account if your tuition payment is not received on time. We also hold scheduled make-up classes throughout the year to make up for snow-days, emergencies, etc.



You must make your monthly tuition payment at the front desk. You may also drop it off in the tuition box inside the studio lobby. Payments accepted: debit/credit card, check, and cash. Checks and Cash are preferred. Cash must be put in an envelope with the student's name. *NEW this year* If you wish to use a debit/credit card for payment, there will be a $3.00 fee charged per transaction unless you are signed up for Autopay. If you would like to sign up for Autopay (a form you must sign) your account will be auto-debited on the 1st of each month for tuition payments, and for any other fees, your account will be auto-debited on the date the fee(s) is due.

*Zoom update* All payments for Zoom classes must be done through our paypal link or mail-in checks to an off-site address. Check your e-mails or contact us for more details on how to make Zoom payments.


The only time you will receive a pro-rated tuition is if you register for class(es) after at least 1 class for the current month has already passed. Whenever there is a cancellation of classes, for whatever reason, such as weather or an emergency, a make up class will always be scheduled. If there is a month that only has 3 classes because of how the dates fall, or a holiday, special event, etc.,  the monthly tuition amount remains the same. There will not be any refunds or make up classes for holiday closings as these are already built in the schedule. (Some months may have 5 classes and the tuition amount still remains the same.)


Other fees such as Costume Deposits, Costume Balances, and Tights Fees must be paid on time as well, as to not delay the arrival of your child's Recital Attire. Costume Deposits are usually due in October/November each year. Costume Balances are usually due in December/January. Shoes must be ordered and paid for upon registration.
